Ella's Rainbow Cookies.

Since starting my blog last year I have had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people online. Claire from Scissors Paper Rock is one of these people. You may remember that Claire designed and made the invitations and dessert labels for my children's birthday parties last year.

Ella is her gorgeous little girl and she is turning 3 tomorrow and is celebrating with a Rainbow themed birthday party. I was delighted when Claire asked me to bake some rainbow cookies for the celebration. I used the invitation as inspiration when designing the cookies.

The cookies are vanilla sugar cookies with fondant icing. The cookies had to be posted to Queensland and thankfully they arrived safely and undamaged! Here they are all packaged up ready to go.

 
Wishing Ella a very happy 3rd birthday, thankyou for allowing me to be a part of your rainbow celebrations :)

    They are just too gorgeous. I love the shimmer! I'd like to do something like that (an amateur version) for Bridget's next birthday. Rachaelxx

    Oh Katena, they were PERFECT!!! So so so beautiful!
    They looked great on the candy table & ALL the guests {young & old} LURVED them!!! You did a gorgeous job & I am so very very grateful!!!!!
