Today is Valentine's Day and I made some chocolate cupcakes and the papers peeled away from the cake, what a great reason to mix the cake with some ganache and experiment making some heart shaped cake pops. All my cake orders are finished before the weekend this week, yay! The first one for the week was a fun cake to create. Rohan is turning 21 tomorrow and his dad requested a guitar cake. The party is one day away and I have almost finished all the baking that I am doing for my niece. This morning I completed the cookies for the candy/dessert table and also the cookie bags for the girls to take home with them.
